This Cookie Policy explains how Pelagio uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing site and in the Service, the categories we use, and how you can manage your choices.
What cookies and similar technologies we use
We group cookies into four categories. You can accept or reject categories individually in the cookie banner or by opening the Privacy choices panel from the footer. Necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot function without them; the others load only after you opt in.
Categories
- Necessary — required for the site to work, to remember your privacy choice, and to keep you signed in.
- Preferences — remember non-essential settings such as language and theme.
- Analytics — measure how the Service is used so we can improve it; loaded only after you opt in.
- Marketing — placeholder; we do not currently load any marketing or advertising cookies. If we add any, they will appear here, will require your consent, and we will give 30 days’ notice on our Subprocessors page.

Analytics and consent
Analytics (PostHog) stay off until you choose “Accept” for analytics in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage events are collected. Analytics are also disabled by default for visitors detected from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland until we have appointed an Article 27 representative.
Global Privacy Control
Our site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by some browsers and extensions. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under CCPA/CPRA and we keep analytics and marketing categories off unless you later explicitly enable them.
Managing cookies
Change your choice any time using the Privacy choices link in the footer or by clearing the consent cookie in your browser. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; if you do, some features may not work as intended.
