Is there a money-back guarantee?+

Yes — every paid plan comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If Pelagio isn't right for your studio, email billing@pelagioapp.com within 90 days of your first charge and we'll refund your subscription fees.

What's the 1% payment fee?+

When clients pay for classes, memberships, or packages through Pelagio, we charge 1% on top of the standard card-processing fee. You only pay when you get paid.

Can I switch plans later?+

Any time, both ways. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No phone call required.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or schools?+

Yes — 30% off for registered non-profits and public schools. Email hello@pelagioapp.com with your docs.

What happens to my data if I cancel?+

Full export (CSV + JSON) is available any time, even after you cancel. We keep your data for 90 days then delete it permanently.

Can I migrate from Mindbody / Acuity / spreadsheets?+

We do the migration for you — free, on any paid plan. We'll run a dry-run first and keep you posted at every step.
