When clients pay for classes, memberships, or packages through Pelagio, we charge a 1% platform fee on top of the standard card-processing fee. No monthly minimums, no per-class charges — if you don't get paid, neither do we.

What can I do on the free plan?+
Everything the app does, with two limits: five upcoming classes on the calendar at a time, and you teaching them yourself. Clients, memberships, payments, reminders, the client portal, the website booking widget, and analytics are all included, with no time limit and no card required.
How much is Pro, and what does it add?+
$30 a month, $150 for six months, or $300 for twelve — the last two both work out to $25 a month. Pro removes the two free limits: schedule as many classes as you like, and bring on as many instructors as you need.
Is there a free trial?+
No, and there is no card to enter either. The free plan is not a trial — it does not expire. Try the app for as long as you like and subscribe when the limits start getting in your way.
How do I buy and cancel Pro?+
Pro is an in-app purchase, so you buy it inside the Pelagio app on iPhone and it is billed to your Apple Account. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you do in your Apple Account settings — not in Pelagio. Apple handles refunds for subscription charges.
What's the 1% payment fee?+
It is separate from the subscription. When clients pay for classes, memberships, or packages through Pelagio, we charge 1% on top of the standard card-processing fee, on free and Pro alike. You only pay it when you get paid.
What happens to my data if I leave?+
Full export (CSV + JSON) is available any time, on either plan. If you close your account we keep your data for 90 days and then delete it permanently.
Can I migrate from Mindbody / Acuity / spreadsheets?+
We do the migration for you — free, on either plan. We'll run a dry-run first and keep you posted at every step.
