How do I reset my password?+
Open the Pelagio app, tap Sign in, then Forgot password, and enter the email on your account. We'll send a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email support@pelagioapp.com.
How is billing handled?+
Subscriptions and class payments are processed securely inside the app. You can view receipts, update your payment method, and change your plan any time from Settings → Billing.
How do I cancel or request a refund?+
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing — cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current period. For a refund, email support@pelagioapp.com from your account address and we'll take a look.
The app isn't working — what should I do?+
First make sure you're on the latest version and restart the app. If the problem continues, email support@pelagioapp.com with your device model, OS version, and a short description of what happened, and we'll help you sort it out.
Managing your account
Update your profile, payment method, and subscription any time from Settings in the app. Changes take effect immediately.
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also email support@pelagioapp.com from your account address and we'll process the request for you. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
