Subprocessors

Pelagio uses the third-party services listed below to provide the Service. We have written agreements in place with each, including a Data Processing Agreement where applicable, and we review their security and data-protection practices before onboarding. We give at least 30 days’ notice on this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor.

Internal collaboration and operations tools
Pelagio also uses standard business tools (email, calendar, file storage, code repositories, customer-support inbox) provided by vendors such as Google Workspace and GitHub. These vendors process limited data about Pelagio’s own employees and contractors and limited business-correspondence data about counterparties. We do not route Studio End User personal data through these systems except where strictly necessary for support cases, in which case access is logged and time-bound.
Notification of changes
Studios that have signed our Data Processing Agreement are notified of subprocessor changes at least 30 days in advance by email and through this page. Studios may object on reasonable data-protection grounds; if the parties cannot agree on a resolution, the Studio may terminate the affected portion of the MSA without penalty for the unused portion of the term.
